The Hong Kong Buildings Department has officially recognized R-Panel as a laminated gypsum board, classifying it as “exempted building work” under the Minor Works Ordinance. Compared with conventional gypsum boards, R-Panel delivers superior impact resistance, supports loads up to 80 kg on wall surfaces, and reduces carbon emissions by minimizing steel usage. 
In 2019, the factory was upgraded and renamed Guangdong L S New Material Technology Co., Ltd., introducing semi-automated production facilities to ensure stable quality and meet market demand.  Beyond R-Panel, the products’ portfolio includes gypsum adhesive, cement-based tile adhesive, high-strength mortar, tensile fabric structures, steel structure and GFRC artificial rock panels.  
The factory operates under ISO 9001 Quality Management and ISO 14001 Environmental Management systems, adhering to the principles of Better Products, Cost-Effectiveness, Short Lead Time, and High-Quality Service. To date, the company has completed more than 100 tensile fabric structure projects, while continuously enhancing R-Panel specifications for easier installation and handling.
